Formation client CribMaster

Cette formation est destinée aux utilisateurs du logiciel client du Système de gestion d’inventaire CribMaster. Les utilisateurs se connectent au logiciel et utilisent différentes fonctionnalités comme l’importation de données, la génération de rapports, les achats, le réapprovisionnement et d’autres options de gestion de l’appareil.

CM Distributor Training

CM Distributor Basic Training

CribMaster Desktop Client Distributor Basic covers much of the same as the CM Desktop Client Basic training but adds Distributor model specifics. These additions help distributors manage customer items and machines. Learn general functions and processes used within CM Desktop Client, the core of CribMaster’s suite of applications, including standard usage, managing data, simple functions and preferences, reporting and more with the addition of cycle counting. We also add a quick CM Web overview meant for those using CribMaster out in the field.

CM Distributor Advanced Training

Distributor Advanced training covers the more distributor-specific features and tools in CM Desktop Client to provide distributors with the tools necessary to guide project coordination, configuration and item sizing for CribMaster solutions, as well as custom reports and importing.

CM Hardware Operation and Maintenanc

This class covers the daily operation as well as preventive and corrective maintenance requirements of our most popular CribMaster machines: ProStock, ProLock, WeighStation and ToolBox. It also provides a foundational overview of the ATR software that runs CM vending solutions and options including Issue, Return, Counts, Adjusts, ATR machine diagnostic tools, replenishment, point-of-use and CM Block. Additionally, you will learn the skills necessary to install, configure and reconfigure them in the field.  This course will also cover the process and necessary parts to add auxiliary units.

CM RFID Solutions

CM RFID training covers the basics of CribMaster’s RFID solutions including, terminology, tag management and operation of our RFID solutions. Learn the science behind RFID technology and how it’s harnessed to track inventory, how to assign and manage tags and even participate in a hands-on RFID tagging lab! CM RFID training also includes more advanced elements of our RFID solutions, such as: implementation, component troubleshooting and replacement, preventive maintenance and best practices.
