Over the past several weeks, we’ve been carefully monitoring the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) to proactively develop an action plan that mitigates risk to our supply chain and maintains our high level of service and support. We understand that there’s some uncertainty and fear at the moment, and we want to assure you we are taking the safety of our customers and colleagues very seriously. In addition to following the guidelines issued by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization), we’re taking the following steps:
Our Commitment to Service
As of today, there are no known CribMaster team members that have contracted the Coronavirus. We’ve initiated a voluntary work from home option for employees that are able to complete their responsibilities remotely. All team members have the necessary resources to continue supporting you virtually and we are fully confident that you’ll continue to receive the same high level of service you’re used to.
Additionally, we’ve instituted a temporary travel restriction and will utilize virtual meeting tools to continue daily business with no interruption. Our teams are fully equipped with software to provide video conferencing and screen-sharing. On-site visits and implementation schedules will be evaluated on a case-by-case to ensure that it’s safe to travel with no risk to employees or customers. We also invite you to utilize our virtual e-Learning platform free of charge for great educational content about our hardware and software solutions.
Additionally, our call center and hosting services are operating as normal. We’ve built our infrastructure on the backbone of world-class data centers and have deliberately architected them to maintain resiliency and scale. We’ll continue to provide support and remote monitoring of our systems as normal and your hosted environments remain fully operational.
Supply Chain & Operations
We realize that the products and services we deliver to you are mission critical to your business, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We’re working closely with our suppliers every day to manage our supply chain and don’t anticipate a shortage of inventory parts or spare parts required to build and maintain our machines at this time. Both CribMaster facilities in Atlanta, Georgia and Brussels, Belgium continue to run at full capacity.
We have experts around the organization monitoring this very dynamic and complex situation every day. As a Global organization, we’ll be agile in our response with the health and safety of our community as our number one priority.
