When a tool or passive RFID device is checked out, an employee must scan a badge or enter a code that identifies him or her and holds them responsible for that item. The expenses are accounted for using cost centers that you define.  

Our tool tracking software monitors which employee takes what tool, how long they have it out for, and when they return it. If a tool or other item goes missing for an extended period of time, you’ll know who the last employee to check it out was and how long they’ve had it.
