CM University Class Descriptions
CM9-500-CM9 Workshop
This class is an
End-User Workshop for new CM9 users who want to enhance their
understanding of the software. It is designed to teach the
essentials of operating CribMaster9 (released January 2010) in a
standard user environment. This applies to users doing issues,
returns, stock transfers, purchasing, receiving, and other fundamental
transactions. This course includes overviews of the various
CribMaster interfaces and will cover basic reporting. There is no charge

CDW-101 - CribMaster Distributor
Workshop
The Distributor Workshop is
a mixture of Sales Techniques and Software/Hardware Functionality. The
Monday and Tuesday Sales portion of this course consists of marketing materials,
pricing and quoting tools, assessments, and presentation techniques
for CribMaster distributors. The
Wednesday and Thursday software/hardware portion of this workshop
consists of overviews of the various CribMaster software applications
and Vending solutions; including basic and configurations. There is no charge for this workshop.

users (with CM7.9 version or earlier) who want to enhance their understanding of the software. It
is designed to teach the essentials of operating CribMaster in a

stock transfers, purchasing, receiving, and other fundamental
transactions. This course includes overviews of the various
CribMaster interfaces, and will cover basic reporting. There is no

CVW-101-CribMaster ATR9 Workshop
In this class, users
will be able to setup and troubleshoot issues with vending equipment.
They will fully master the ATR Setup Configuration application and learn
how it applies to the communication hardware used by the CribMaster
system. The class will cover how to attach multiple devices to
each other and will also include instruction on how to drive other
manufacturers storage devices. This class is recommended for any
distributor who intends to set up his customers with tool dispensing
devices, as well as end users who want to know how to keep their vending
equipment running flawlessly and take advantage of features for vending
that CribMaster provides. The cost for this one-and-a-half day
training session is $399 per person and is scheduled by request

CPW-500 - CribMaster Proficiency Workshop
Become a CribMaster Expert! Join us at the CribMaster Proficiency
Workshop. We'll teach you all the tips and techniques that every
Power User should know about the CribMaster hardware and software!
You'll learn how to: Install CribMaster, import your data,
understand the database table relationships, administer and troubleshoot
CribMaster software and hardware, manage licensing, and much more.
This is a 4-day workshop from noon on Monday to noon on Friday.
The cost is $1999 per person. To ensure that

CCW - 101 - CribMaster Crystal
This class focuses on the modification of the standard CribMaster
reports through Crystal 10. This offering is a End User and
Distributor Workshop for new and intermediate CribMaster users who want
to enhance their understanding of the CribMaster generated reports.
It is designed to teach how to modify the standard CribMaster reports
and create basic reports. The course includes overviews of the
database table structure. Crystal 10 software license required.
The cost for this two-and-a-half day training session is $599 per person (5 class size
